The Art Center will be open Monday - Saturday from 12pm - 4pm leading up to the AOA - Art & Music Festival. Passports and Concert tickets are available for purchase at The Art Center.
Passports are also available at Totalus Cafe, located at 132 E. Jefferson Street

Have you really wanted to take woodturning or sign your kids up for classes or camp, but felt like it wouldn't fit into your budget? Well we've got great news for you! We have scholarships for people who might need it! Fill out our form and see if you qualify!



 

 

Every Monday and Thursday evening, the woodturners meet for an open class. Mondays are primarily for Veterans. If you are a veteran, please contact the VA for more information.  The class is an evening full of crafting turned items from wood and more. No experience is necessary. Classes meet from 6 pm-9 pm. Must be 18 or older to participate. Class size is limited to 7 participants.
The cost is $25 and the materials are included, just bring safety glasses!

Consider joining us for our portrait group that meets every Wednesday from 12:30-2:00. Each week there is a live model and it's only $2 to join. No need to sign up ahead of time! Walk ins are welcome! Apply to be a model here.

For private group sessions at a time agreed upon by both parties.
In this 2.5 hour session, the basics of clay management and handling will be presented, including wedging, rehydration, slipping, slab construction and throwing. Students will create a hand-built piece after various projects are demonstrated. All materials will be provided for this session including firing and glazing. 10 student limit. For older teens to adults.
Cost is $10/hour plus materials fee.
